Hawari, focused on transient analysis and the development of a benchmark for the Transient Reactor Test Facility (TREAT). My doctoral research, conducted under Dr. Mihai A. Diaconeasa, focused on probabilistic risk assessment and the development of Hybrid Causal Logic methods for multi-hazard risk analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have also conducted research at Idaho National Laboratory on seismic resilience of electric-power infrastructure and on the effects of aging and material degradation on the seismic fragility of nuclear containment structures. Other research has included fire PRA, machine-learning methods for nuclear safety, microreactor transportation risk, reactor transient analysis, and development of computational tools for
