Research Description
My research, which is on probabilistic circuit simulation, demonstrated that PRA models spanning millions of events can be quantified on consumer GPUs in a matter of seconds.
Background
During the summer of 2021, as part of my Masters thesis, I interned at Idaho National Laboratory (INL), working on Autonomous Control System reliability for fission batteries. Before joining this program, I worked as a research engineer at The B. John Garrick Institute for the Risk Sciences, UCLA on a collaborative project with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). During that time, I had served as the software development lead for implementing a suite of PRA tools for the aerospace, nuclear, and power industries. Before that, I worked on numerous machine learning projects in the healthcare, bioinformatics, and embedded systems domains.
I have contributed to the OpenPRA Initiative in the past.
