ANS student member Logan Sit, a senior at North Carolina State University studying nuclear engineering, finished a nine-week summer internship with the Washington Internships for Students of Engineering (WISE) program, supported by ANS and the ANS Washington, D.C. section.

Sit and the WISE interns sponsored by other engineering organizations each selected and conducted research on an engineering-related public policy issue and wrote a paper to be published in the WISE Journal of Engineering and Public Policy at www.wise-intern.org.
