The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS) Annual Meeting & Exhibition 2026 was held in San Diego, CA on March 15 – 19, 2025. Rashed, Sadman, Lexi and Panos, along with Dr. Lingfeng had the chance to visit it.
Rashed presented a talk on in-situ irradiation of zirconium carbide (ZrC).
Sadman had the opportunity to present a talk on the evolution of fission products and nanograins in UO2 under in-situ ion irradiation.
Lexi presented a talk on electrochemical corrosion of 316H stainless steel manufactured by laser powder bed fusion.
And last but not the least, Panos got a chance to present some of his results on the mechanical testing of SS316H.
Dr. Lingfeng was invited to participate in a panel talk in NSUF User Meeting 2026 related to review process of NSUF RTE and CINR proposals. He shared his views on the overall process.
