Jason is currently working with Idaho National Laboratory on a scientific computing project aimed at automating the collection and analysis of user reviews of electric vehicle charging stations in order to identify and quantify common customer pain points. He built a web-scraping tool which can extract this valuable data from publicly available sources, bypassing the need for costly API access. He is also working on a project aimed at utilizing machine learning to make spectral predictions of time-dependent lithium emission spectroscopy imaging, with the goal of being able to more accurately monitor tritium production in nuclear systems.
